'Sarpi Project' is a proposal that comes from the study of the neighborhood Canonica-Sarpi called Chinatown, centered on the characteristics traditionally commercial of the area and his possible corrective changes (architectural and otherwise) of the entire sector.

The area, highly degraded, particularly because of the wholesale trade, is a real opportunity for this part of the city that can regenerate, even through a redesign of some abandoned blocks that can provide spaces to return to the community. Hence the planning of a Masterplan, considering 5 areas of intervention, for a total area to retrain of 110.000m², that will help make clear needs and potentials of the district, framing specific sectors of intervention that involve brownfield sites but even the existing and dense urban structure of the whole area, assuming a possible relocation of commercial wholesale activities and a redistribution of local shops and medium-sized structures in the historic district.
