The five main existing blocks have been deeply restored and partly redesigned to host the 25,000 square meter Services Centre, both a crossing passage and a functional, high-tech yet welcoming meeting point. During the Games, this section hosted the accreditation centre, logistics, conference and interview rooms, a small shopping mall, a 2,600 seat restaurant, a medical centre, workout and relaxation areas.
